ONE WORKFLOW. A CLEARER NEXT STEP.

What could better
follow-through change?

Find the gaps between an inquiry and a paid job. Then explore what a few extra jobs could contribute, using your own numbers.

No sign-up. Your inputs stay in this page and clear when you reset or reload. Don’t enter names or customer details.

01 / MAP THE HANDOFFS

Where does work get stuck?

Select any gaps you recognize. These guide your next step, not the financial estimate.

A practical first step

Trace one recent inquiry from arrival to outcome. Look for the first unclear handoff.

02 / YOUR OBSERVED BASELINE

Start with a typical month

Use one group of inquiries and its eventual completed, paid jobs. Count at most one job per inquiry. Exclude repeat jobs from other leads.

Use whole counts from 0 to 1,000,000. Paid jobs cannot exceed inquiries. A blank means unknown, not zero.

Use amounts from $0 to $1,000,000, to the nearest cent. Variable costs include materials, job labor and transaction fees that rise with each job.

03 / YOUR HYPOTHETICAL SCENARIO

What if you completed more jobs?

You choose the change. Selecting a gap does not predict an improvement.

Enter your baseline to see the remaining lead capacity.
